Volunteering at Escuela Bilingüe Pioneer has never been easier! We have streamlined and consolidated all of our volunteer jobs and sign-ups onto one site! You can find all volunteer opportunities for the school listed on our bvsd.HelpAtSchools.com page, but below are just a few ways you can help. And don't forget to check back often as these opportunities are constantly updated.

  • Office work, making copies, creating spreadsheets, calling families

  • Translating documents and website content into Spanish

How to Sign Up for HelpAtSchools

  • Go to bvsd.HelpAtSchools.com, select our school, and click on Login Or Create Account

  • Find the I’d like to create an account section and fill in your email address (be sure to use the same email you use for Infinite Campus).

  • Click Send Signup Link.

  • Check your email for a message from HelpAtSchools.
    Click the link in the email to complete your registration.

  • Go to the Volunteer or Sign-Up page and find a job you love!

  • Click on the blue Sign-Up button next to any job.

Some Volunteer Opportunities Require a Background Check

To ensure the safety of students, some volunteer jobs require a completed school district background check (generally those jobs involving interaction with students). When applicable, the volunteer job signup will indicate that a background check is required for that position.

Como inscribirse a HelpAtSchools

  • Ir a bvsd.HelpAtSchools.com, selecione nuestra escuela del menu, y haga clic en Login Or Create Account

  • Buscar la sección I’d like to create an account y llenar su correo electrónico (asegurase de usar el mismo correo que usó en Infinite Campus).

  • Clic Send Signup Link.

  • Revise su correo electrónico por un mensaje de HelpAtSchools.
    Siga el enlace del correo electrón    ico para completar su registro.

  • Ir a la página Volunteer or Sign-Up y encontrar un trabajo que le encante.

  • Clic en el botón azul Sign-Up al lado de cualquier trabajo.

Algunos trabajos voluntarios requieren verificación

Para asegurarse de la seguridad de los estudiantes, algunos trabajos requieren verificación de antecedentes. Para obtener información de las dos opciones, hable con Fernando en la oficina.

Verificación de antecedentes está manejado por el distrito escolar BVSD.
